All cancellations must be advised to Coláiste Acla by email colaisteacla@gmail.com. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Cancellations made within 8-6 weeks of commencement date are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of total fees.

Cancellations made within 5-2 weeks of commencement of course are subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of total fees.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of commencement of course are subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of total fees.

In the event of a cancellation for a medical reason please provide a doctors’ report and full refund less the deposit will be provided.

In the event that a student is sent home for breech of the rules there will be no refund of fees.
